The annual Qatar International Food Festival (QIFF) will return this spring with a longer running time, events across several venues and a focus on Chinese cuisine, organizers have announced.
The seventh edition of the festival will kick off at the Museum of Islamic Art Park on March 22 and highlight the Qatar-China Year of Culture 2016.
Formerly a five-day-long affair, QIFF will now last one week until March 28, with satellite events being held at Katara Cultural Village, the Pearl-Qatar and other locations.
The festival is being organized once again by the Qatar Tourism Authority and Qatar Airways, and will feature the airline’s Dinner in the Sky and Cooking Theater concepts, as well as renowned celebrity chefs.
More details will be released in the coming weeks, organizers said.
