Last week, traffic lights were installed on the roundabout under the Jaidah Flyover on Salwa road, prompting a flurry of complaints from residents about longer commute times.

Over the past several days, the traffic flow appears to have improved, though there are still some complaints about jams during peak times.

Speaking to Doha News, an Ashghal spokesperson said that the signal is temporary and officials are in the early stages of working on a more permanent solution to the traffic in the area.
