When it comes to salary, benefits, chances of promotion, working conditions, perks — and a good boss – Qatar Foundation is one of the best places to work in the Gulf, according to a new index released by Arabian Business.

The non-profit organization, chaired by Sheikha Mozah bint Nasser, made the list because it is not only helping Qatar make the shift to a knowledge-based economy, but also because it takes care of its employees, AB explains.

QF was the only Qatar-based company to make the cut (and having worked for them, I must say it’s quite the pleasant experience!)

Other companies that ranked in the top 10 include Emirates Airline, Batelco (the only telecom company to make the list) and Aramex.
