The beauty salon Maison De Beauté in Al Markhiya has been temporarily shut down by inspectors from the Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC) for displaying and using out-of-date hair products.

The salon, on Hazm Al Markhiya Street, was ordered to close from today for two weeks, the MEC announced on Twitter.
