American retailer Abercrombie & Fitch has tied up with a regional company to open outlets in Qatar and other Gulf countries.

Its Qatar branch will open in the first quarter of 2017, though it is unclear where it will be located. In a statement, the Dubai-based Majid Al Futtaim group said that Abercrombie will then open in Saudi Arabia in the second half of next year, and in Bahrain and Oman at “later dates.” The popular youth brand already has a retail presence in the UAE and Kuwait.
