Eyeing Katara and Sealine Beach resort, residents of Wakrah say they want a properly developed waterfront, including public toilets, kids play areas, umbrellas and benches.

There’s no mention in the Gulf Times story, though, as to what action is being taken by locals to elevate that request to the municipality.
