Organized by the Qatar Football Association, the international friendly kicks off on November 14 at Al Rayyan Stadium.

Tickets are available online, at outlets in malls around Doha, or at the Rayyan Stadium Ticket Box Office on the day (if there are any left).

The sixth iteration of Al Jazeera’s annual forum in Doha kicks off tomorrow at the Sheraton Hotel with a focus on the unrest across the Middle East.

Although they appear to still be adding speakers to the line-up, keynote speeches will be delivered by Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, Brazil’s now former president, and Ahmet Davutoglu, Turkey’s foreign minister.

Speakers worth watching include youth movement leaders from the recent uprisings in Libya, Tunisia and Egypt. Sultan Al Qassemi, Marc Lynch, Abdel Bari Atwan and other regional experts are also on the programme.

Launched in 2004, the network says the event aims to “provide an opportunity to discuss and debate the critical dynamics of the Middle East as part of a globalized world”.

The forum is invite only and not open to the public, but Al Jazeera promises to have a live video stream of the event, as well as a live blog.
