Reuters: Rebels say Qatar ready to market east Libyan oil
A senior Libyan rebel official said on Sunday Gulf oil producer Qatar has agreed to market crude oil from east Libyan fields that are no longer in the control of embattled Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.
Qatar was the first Arab country to enforce a UN-backed no-fly zone on Friday. The UAE deployed fighter jets to Italy on Sunday ahead of joining the operation.Â
