Many Qatar residents appear to be finding out the hard way that Aramex has moved shop again.
The courier service, which offers a shop and ship service from the US and UK to Qatar, has shifted its operations to Wholesale Market Road in Abu Hamour.
After complaints from customers, it sent two emails with a link to the map, but they did not appear to work, Tweeples said.
Aramex #Doha has moved there offices to somewhere mysterious. Yet customers haven’t received a notification. cc @Aramex #Qatar #Fail

.@fadig Everyone in #Qatar is looking for where @Aramex has shifted. Not a single announcement of relocating their branch.

@Aramex the email you’re sending out with your new Doha office location, the link to the map throws back a 404…where can we find the map?

The company finally did respond to requests for information yesterday, tweeting out a proper map:
Aramex office in Doha has moved. Please visit the link to find the map of the new location:ngr.nu/Mr2HXA #Doha #Qatar

But critics said it should have informed customers of the move sooner.
@NazQatar @shabinakhatri @fadig @dohanews @Aramex @ShopandShip and they shouldn’t have waited until ppl complained to send out those emails

And it appears the new location is still working out operational kinks.
