Qtel & Vodafone offer three days worth of compensation for BlackBerry subscribers
Qtel is giving compensation to all customers using its BlackBerry services by automatically adding on three days of credit to prepaid (Hala) subscribers and reducing bills by three days for monthly (shahry) subscribers.
Vodafone, meanwhile, says they will be providing customers with three days of credit for BlackBerry services by October 20.
Research in Motion, the maker of BlackBerry, says all its services should now be working properly.
