Qatar has condemned the bombing of a military site in northeast Jordan, near a Syrian refugee camp, that left six soldiers dead and injured 14 others yesterday.
The Gulf state’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement denouncing what it described as a “criminal act that targets a number of Jordanian army personnel.” The incident reinforced the need to “join efforts to tackle all forms and manifestations of violence and terrorism whatever the source was and the entities behind it,” QNA reported the ministry as saying.
