Officials from some 20 OPEC and key non-OPEC oil-producing countries will meet in Qatar on April 17 to discuss ways to stabilize the market, QNA reports.

The session is a follow-up to a February meeting in which Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Venezuela and several other nations agreed to freeze current production levels, which has helped “put a floor under the oil price,” the newswire added.
