In other airport news, Qatar Airways CEO Akbar al-Baker said iris scanning could cut immigration queues.
āOnce iris scan facility becomes fully operational, I donāt think their passports will be checked,” al-Baker told the Gulf Times. “This is because the iris scan will show whether it is okay for a passenger to exit or enter the country. All the information will already be in the database.”
Travelers, what do you think of the new terminal? Has traffic congestion fallen at the airport?
