Another large fire appears to have broken out in Qatar’s Industrial Area this evening. According to the Ministry of Interior, first responders are on the scene of a warehouse fire on Street 2.

Local media reports and witnesses state that the warehouse housed Coca Cola soft drink products.
At the time of the fire, MOI asked gawkers to make way for Civil Defense vehicles and ambulances:

Residents as far as the Corniche reported seeing plumes of black smoke from the fire, which appears to have started before 6pm.
Around 7:15pm, MOI tweeted that the fire had been brought under control, and that there were no injuries:

This is the second large fire to hit Doha in a week. Last Friday, a large blaze near a petrol station on Salwa Road destroyed a curtain store.
