F1 fact-finding report finds “NO indication of any problems” in Bahrain | The Cable
Blake Hounshell at Foreign Policy‘s The Cable blog discusses F1’s decision to reinstate the Bahrain Grand Prix for later this year.
Specifically, he looks at the newly-revealed report from a ”fact-finding mission” to the Gulf island.
Despite months of unrest in the country, the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (motor sports’ governing body) found an “atmosphere of total calm and stability”, and claims “life in Bahrain is completely normal again”.
