Expect windy and dusty conditions over the next few days as the “extension of a high-pressure system” sweeps over Qatar.
Starting tomorrow, windspeeds will reach up to 22 knots (41km/hour) in and around Doha, dropping visibility, forecasters warned. Conditions will persist until Monday.

That said, the weather will be pretty mild during the day — up to 23C (73F) in Doha.
But the Qatar Meteorology Department (MET) said temps will drop slightly below average to 14C (57F) at night.
The fresh winds could make it feel even cooler than that, it added.
National Day
The MET had issued the forecast ahead of Qatar National Day, which will be on Sunday, Dec. 18.
Though it will officially remain a holiday, celebrations such as the annual Corniche parade and fireworks show have now been canceled out of solidarity with people suffering in Aleppo.
