Doha is expected to be especially windy today, with gusts reaching speeds as high as 25 knots (46km/h), causing visibility to drop due to the blowing of sand and dust. There is also a high sea warning throughout Friday:

For those seeking heat relief, heading out of Doha might be a good idea. According to the Peninsula:
“Places like Mesaieed and Al Wakra would likely witness huge variations between day and night temperatures as the maximum temperature forecast is 47 degrees Celsius and the minimum 28. Al Ruwais would witness the least variation in day and night temperatures: The maximum being 40 degrees and the minimum 34…
Dukhan and Abu Samra will be cooler, with the maximum temperature being 38 degrees and the minimum 29.”
Weather.com states that winds will die down by Saturday, but temperatures will climb to nearly 47C (117F).
