Reach Out To Asia (ROTA) has opened two new community centers in Nepal as part of ongoing efforts to empower youth there with ICT knowledge.

The center includes a library and a range of ICT tools, as well as educational toys, sports, and books for children and young people. They will also offer vocational and life skills training, as well as leadership development programs.
