Qatar residents now have access to a vast selection of products, easy payments, and hassle-free delivery through Amazon.ae.

Residents of Qatar can now access products on Amazon after the company’s UAE branch expanded its International Shopping experience on Monday, a press release confirmed.

“Online shoppers in Qatar have been asking for a way to easily find and purchase products available in their location, and this new expansion of the International Shopping experience to Qatar does just that,” said Ronaldo Mouchawar, Vice President of Amazon Middle East and North Africa.

Qatar residents “can also enjoy some of our most exciting Amazon.ae sales events such as White Friday, our biggest sale of the year complete with incredible deals and promotions,” he added.

Customers in Qatar can purchase products from a range of categories including fashion, electronics, and books, all of which will be shipped from the UAE.

The platform personalises shopping experience based on customer location and shipping address and provides the option to make orders using local or international debit and credit cards before they are sent directly local or international debit and credit cards and have their purchases sent directly to their doorsteps in Qatar.

Amazon.ae offers accurate delivery times, and all shipping costs – including import fees. The company also oversees cross-border customs clearance on the customer’s behalf.

To initiate the process, Qatar-based customers can shop either through the Amazon application or the Amazon.ae website.

They have the option to either sign in using their pre-existing account or make a new account.
