Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) is urging new legislation that would prohibit people from smoking at the entrances of malls, Gulf Times reports.

Speaking on the sidelines of a tobacco control conference, Dr. Kholood Al Mutawa, MOPH’s head of non-communication diseases, added that anyone found with e-cigarettes could be subject to punishment, as such products are banned in Qatar.
