Qatar Airways launched its first direct flight to Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE this week, while also announcing the beginning of non-stop flights to Mozambique from March.
There will be four flights weekly to RAK from Doha on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Friday and Saturdays. Meanwhile From March 27, the national carrier will upgrade its route to Maputo in Mozambique to direct flights on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. It currently flies three times a week to the city, but with a stop-off in Johannesburg, South Africa on Tuesdays, Thursday and Saturdays.
