We’d like to introduce you to the newest member of our team: Victoria Scott.

Today is her first day joining Shabina and myself as a daily editor on the site. A little bit about her:

I’m a British journalist living and working in Doha, Qatar. Before moving here in 2009 I was a broadcast journalist in London for 9 years.

Tory was with the BBC for a number of years, Reuters before that, and has freelanced for CNN, Al Jazeera English and more. She’s also written for just about every publication in Qatar, and hosts a show on QF Radio.

She clearly knows what’s going on around town and we’re proud to have her working with us and joining the Doha News team.
