Ezdan Real Estate Company issued a news release recently trumpeting its upcoming Ezdan Mall along Al Shamal Road. 

The new mall is meant to have 400,000 square feet of retail space across three floors.

Says Malik Q Awan, the mall’s new manager:

It is at the heart of the prime shopping district, surrounded by other shopping mall and a hypermarket, with 50,000 footfalls in the area. And once our Gharafa Mall and adjacent mall open, the footfalls are expected to double.”

Another mall is also in the works directly adjacent to Ezdan’s, bringing the total number of large retail development in the area to four.
