After what seems like a very long, very hot summer, winter in Qatar (there are only two seasons) is finally almost here, with the Qatar Meteorology Department forecasting pleasant weather during the Eid Al Adha holiday.

In a statement today, the MET said:

“The most important characteristic of the period is decreasing in temperature and feeling of relative cold by night, where weather is expected to be fine with some scattered clouds.

The temperature is going to be between 35-30C during the day, and between 25-22C during night and may decrease to 20C or less at some places.

It added that the high winds of the last few days will decrease this week.
