Many residents woke up today to find thick fog rolling across the city’s streets, significantly limiting visibility.
As early as 6am, the Ministry of Interior urged caution for drivers on the roads via its Arabic-language Twitter account.
Qatar’s Meteorology Department, meanwhile, shared this map showing a blanket of fog covering most of the country and surrounding areas:
