A period of “unstable weather” is expected to affect Qatar starting today and continuing into tomorrow night, forecasters have said.
That means partly cloudy skies and scattered rain for people in Doha, and thunderstorms in the northern part of the country, according to the Qatar Meteorology Department (MET).

March is usually a transitional month from the cooler days of winter to the searing summertime. Because of this, random thunderstorms and windy weather are not uncommon.
Rising temperatures also come with the territory. Expect to see a high of 28C (82F) today and a low of 21C (70F) at night.
