The project will cost around $3 billion, with a signing ceremony attended by Eric Trump, Minister Abdullah Al Attiya, and senior executives from Qatari Diar and Dar Global, and aims to set a new benchmark for ultra-luxury coastal living in Qatar.
Qatari Diar signed a strategic agreement with international real estate developer Dar Global on Tuesday to launch the Trump International Golf Club Simaisma and a luxury villa community, as part of the broader Simaisma Masterplan north of Doha.
The agreement was signed by Qatari Diar CEO Eng. Ali Mohamed Al-Ali and Dar Global CEO Ziad El Chaar during a ceremony at Qatari Diar’s Lusail headquarters. Minister of Municipality and Qatari Diar Chairman Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiya, and Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, were in attendance.
The $3 billion development will span approximately 790,000 square metres and feature an 18-hole Trump International Golf Course, a Trump Golf Clubhouse, and a collection of ultra-luxury beachfront villas. Homes will offer direct beach access and views of both the coastline and golf course.
“This reflects our ongoing commitment to developing world-class urban projects that combine luxury with authentic Qatari identity,” said Al Attiya, adding that the project aligns with Qatar’s national vision for sustainable urban expansion and foreign investment.
The project is a key component of the 8 million square metre Simaisma Masterplan, which includes a theme park dubbed The Land of Legends, a yacht marina, hotels, a beach club, and retail and dining outlets.
Eric Trump described the project as a “prestigious expansion of the Trump brand,” while Dar Global CEO Ziad El Chaar said it would “raise the bar for ultra-luxury coastal living in the region”.
Qatari Diar said the partnership merges its national development expertise with Dar Global’s global portfolio of premium branded residences, positioning Simaisma as a landmark destination for high-end tourism, investment, and residential living.
