A Qatari delegation has attended the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025, the largest global event in the communications and information technology sector, on Tuesday, where they highlighted investment opportunities in its digital sector.
Under the theme “Converge. Connect. Create.”, representatives from Qatar’s Ministry of Communications, Qatar Tourism, and Invest Qatar, gathered to explore the latest trends and engage in discussions about potential collaborations with top companies in the communications and tech sector.
Duha Al Buhendi, Director of the Digital Society and Digital Competencies Department at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, shared that Qatar’s participation in MWC Barcelona 2025 is part of its ongoing effort to drive digital innovation, support transformation, and build a thriving digital economy.
Qatar’s presence at MWC also underscores its ambition to strengthen its position as a regional tech hub while fostering strategic partnerships with global industry leaders.
