As part of Eid al-Adha festivities, Souq Waqif has been playing host to “Bjorn the Polar Bear.” A life-size puppet with a performer inside, some onlookers mistook “Bjorn” for a real bear.

Eid celebrations end tonight at Katara, but continue at Souq Waqif and the malls through Sunday, and at a few locations through next weekend.
