Qatar’s Cabinet has approved a draft law that would allow non-Qataris to set up private institutions for public benefit in the country such as NGOs, QNA reports.

Such entities would be required to have a minimum capital of QR2 million, a main office to conduct its activities and make financial disclosures once registered.
