The committee investigating the deadly Villaggio mall fire has shared its findings with the families of the victims, QNA reports.

Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah, chairman of the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority and head of the adhoc committee investigating the fire, visited victims’ families and firefighters involved in last week’s tragedy Wednesday morning to discuss what happened.

Attiyah added that the fire will be reflected in future laws and monitoring levels to secure the lives of Qatar residents.

But despite intense curiosity from a public that is skittish every time a report of the fire in Qatar breaks out, the committee has not publicly shared what it has learned.
