People are ALWAYS on their phones, there is so much irresponsible behaviour on the streets, people not wearing seat belts, the use of high beams to scare other cars off of speed lanes, etc. All of this can be minimised with an effort from our traffic police. It is terrifying. The statistics speak for themselves. The rate of accidents in the city is shocking. When will something be done?
