Motorists should expect foggy mornings and slower commutes to stick around until at least Wednesday, the Qatar Meteorology Department (MET) has warned.
During this time, visibility is expected to drop nearly to zero in the northern and western parts of Qatar, as well as Doha.
Forecasters are urging motorists to drive carefully and “not to get distracted with taking pictures during foggy conditions.”

As always, those on the roads should keep more distance between vehicles, avoid changing lanes and only use their hazards when coming to a sudden stop.

Otherwise, officials advise using fog lights or low beams while on the roads.
