Dipak Bhushal works 12 hours a day as a security guard at Northwestern University in Qatar’s studio building. His days are pretty quiet and uneventful.
But he has had a lot of things going on behind the scenes, according to this video by published in student-run publication The Daily Q this week.
Recently, after starring in a popular Nepalese music video, Bhushal became somewhat of an overnight celebrity in his hometown of Parbat.
The expat had apparently moved to Qatar to pay off a loan he taken out to make the video, Parbat Mero Gaun.
Speaking to NU-Q student Syed Owais Ali, he explained, “Now that I have paid off my loans, I can happily share my music video with everyone.”
Next on his to-do list is to make a video specifically about an unrequited childhood love, who he also remembers in Parbat Mero Gaun.
