Qatar’s national carrier will begin flying to the northern Thai city of Chiang Mai on Dec. 16, the airline’s fourth destination in the Asian country.
The route, which will be flown five times a week by the airline’s A330 fleet, will involve a stop in Yangon in Myanmar. Shortly before that, Qatar Airways’ third route to Thailand – four times a week to the beach resort of Krabi – will commence on Dec. 6.
