Qatari pilgrims completed the 1446 Hajj in a calm and well-organised atmosphere, with the Ministry of Endowments praising the strong coordination, upgraded facilities, and support provided throughout the journey.
Qatari pilgrims have successfully completed the Hajj rituals for the Islamic year 1446 AH in an atmosphere filled with faith and tranquillity, under the close supervision of the Qatari Hajj mission and in full coordination with licensed pilgrimage campaigns.
In a statement on Sunday, Qatar’s Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs said that the state had ensured the best conditions for pilgrims to perform Hajj with ease and peace of mind, thanks to the resources provided and the guidance of Doha’s leadership.
The ministry noted that feedback from pilgrims and campaign organisers was overwhelmingly positive, citing the Qatari mission’s high-quality services, strong organisation, and excellent preparations, especially in the holy sites.
The Arafat camp saw major improvements in facilities and services, with similarly strong arrangements in Mina and Muzdalifah.
These positive impressions, the statement added, were the result of strong cooperation between the Ministry’s Department of Hajj and Umrah Affairs, the Qatari Hajj mission, and campaign leaders.
The collaboration allowed for a high standard of services that helped Qatari pilgrims perform their rituals smoothly and correctly.
Many pilgrims and campaign representatives expressed deep gratitude for the comprehensive support and care provided throughout the journey, from their departure at Hamad International Airport to the completion of the pilgrimage and their return home.
They praised the Qatari Hajj mission, led by Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs Ghanem bin Shaheen Al Ghanem, for its effective leadership and teamwork approach.
The mission coordinated with the advisory committee and all supporting service and technical units, while the 17 licensed campaigns carried out intensive field operations.
The pilgrims confirmed that all necessary services and facilities were provided, reflecting the Qatari authorities’ careful planning and commitment, as well as strong coordination with Saudi officials.
