Keeta, the international on-demand delivery platform, has successfully concluded its annual rider recognition initiative in Qatar through the Keeta Delivery Riders Celebration – 2025, recognising top-performing riders and delivery partners for their service quality, operational efficiency, consistent performance, and dedication to safety on the road.
The initiative reflects Keeta’s commitment to rider safety, service excellence, and professional delivery standards, while reinforcing the essential role riders play in delivering a reliable customer experience across Qatar.
As part of the recognition, selected riders received trophies, commemorative helmets, special uniforms, and an “Outstanding Rider” stamp, enabling their achievements to be visibly acknowledged both within the Keeta community and on the road.
In addition, top-performing riders were each awarded a QAR 1,000 recognition bonus. In parallel, Keeta extended practical, day-to-day support through the distribution of operational tools, including smartphones and earphones, aimed at enhancing delivery efficiency, communication, and overall on-road experience.
The event also featured a rider safety speech, with participation of a representative from Qatar Motorcycle Club (Batabit), a government sports club operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Sports and Youth.
The session also served as a platform for rider engagement, enabling participants to share feedback and experiences directly with the Keeta team, reinforcing the company’s focus on listening, understanding, and continuous improvement.
