Tickets for the 2017 Qatar ExxonMobil Open are now on sale, organizers have announced.
This will be the 25th anniversary of the men’s tennis tournament, which runs from Jan. 2-7 at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash complex in Dafna/West Bay.
The event will feature new world No. 1 Andy Murray, who will return to Qatar after missing last year’s tournament.
Scotsman Murray took the world title from Novak Djokovic earlier this month after he beat the Serb 6-3 6-4 to win the ATP World Tour Finals in London.
It will be the first time he’s played in Qatar since he lost to Florian Mayer in 2014.
Murray will be hoping to take the title from Djokovic, who beat Spain’s Rafael Nadal to win the falcon-shaped trophy last year.
Other stars set to take to the courts in Doha include 2012 champion Jo-Wilfried Tsonga from France and Czech Republic’s Tomas Berdych, who played in Qatar last year, the Qatar Tennis Federation said in a statement.

Tickets for the tournament can be bought through QTF’s website and start from QR25 for the early rounds to QR350 for the Singles’ final on Jan. 7.
Tickets for access to the grounds only, which usually includes a fan zone, refreshments and entertainment, start from QR20 each.
Children under two years old can access the grounds with an adult ticket-holder, but kids over two need a ticket to enter the venue.
Children under five years are not allowed in the stands of the courts, according to the website.
“This year’s event promises to be greater than the previous and the fans will definitely have a swell time,” tournament director Karim Alami said in a statement.
