Qatar’s foreign ministry has denounced two deadly attacks that targeted the French embassy in Athens and the German consulate in Afghanistan over the weekend.

In a statement, the ministry called the attacks “a flagrant assault on international norms, legislations and laws.” It added that it stands in solidarity with the countries and rejects terrorism “whatever the motives and causes were.”
