Pregnant women and their travel companions who are flying Qatar Airways from Feb. 2 to March 31 to countries known to host the Zika virus can change their flights or get a refund, the airline has announced.

On a travel alert posted on its website, the national carrier asked passengers to speak to their travel agents to discuss options or call Qatar Airways’ 24-hour call centre on +974 4023 0000. Emirates meanwhile is offering all passengers heading to the Americas up to April 30 a chance to change their plans for free or get a refund if they wish.
