Doha will be a windy, dusty furnace for the next two days, the Meteorology Department has said.
Unlike in the past, low visibility will not lower temperatures. Winds will be fierce and hot, and a forecaster told Doha News that maximum temperatures will reach 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) today, falling to a minimum of 31 C (88 F) tonight.
“It’s the second month of summer,” the forecaster said, adding that winds will reach up to 38 knots and visibility will be low through Sunday.
“It’s going to be very dry and very hot,” he said.
Take care out there!
