Men given four-year sentence for robbing a pharmacy, forging prescription
Two men have been sentenced to three years in prison for stealing medicine from a pharmacy and holding a knife to the pharmacist’s neck, and another year for forging a prescription, according to local media reports.
The two apparently stole a seal and prescription pad when a doctor refused to fill their request. A hospital pharmacist later declined their forged prescription, at which point they threatened him and took what they wanted.
It wasn’t clear what drugs medications were taken, but the implication was that the two men were drug addicts.
