State utilities provider Qatar General Electricity and Water Corp. (Kahramaa) is holding a series of events and activities this month to get people to waste less water and electricity during Ramadan.
During its new “Less is Blessed” campaign, Kahramaa is urging residents to use less water during ablution and to turn off lights and air conditioners when no one is in the room.
The campaign is being run in seven languages, including Urdu, Malayalam and Tagalog, Kahramaa said in a statement. More information can be found here.
